Purpose of the PACT Assessment
We regularly speak with companies interested in our services. We guarantee a 100% success rate and are constantly working to improve the quality of our product. That’s why, in collaboration with HartKantoor, we developed the PACT Assessment—an assessment specifically designed for legal professionals.
The combination of this unique tool with a structured interview provides more valid insights into how well a candidate’s background and ambitions align with specific vacancies. It offers a clearer picture of both a candidate’s strengths and their development potential, what gives them energy and what drains it, and offers more certainty when it comes to selecting the right candidate.
In addition, the employer already has insight into the qualities of the current team and can use this to help determine which candidate brings the most complementary energy to the group.
Development Potential
From the candidate’s perspective, the PACT Assessment is also valuable. It is a short online assessment (max. 20 minutes), free of charge and covered by Legal People. Aside from discovering your talents and evaluating whether you’re using them in a way that gives and sustains your energy, the PACT Assessment also reveals what drains your energy and where your development potential lies.
This makes it not only a useful tool within the context of a search procedure, but also a valuable self-assessment for understanding where you stand and where you want to go. Frederike van der Kooi from HartKantoor explains more in an article featured in our newsletter this past May.
