In this influential role, you take primary responsibility for the Regulatory Radar process and managing follow-up of internal and external speak-up concerns. You direct complex internal investigations, advise senior stakeholders on sensitive and high-impact matters, and turn insights from concerns, investigations and regulatory developments into tangible improvements. You are responsible for further shaping and professionalising end-to-end processes for regulatory change, intake, triage and case management, ensuring that the organisation remains alert, responsive and well prepared. As a functional leader, you provide clear direction, coaching and oversight, enabling your team to deliver consistent, high-quality work in a demanding and highly relevant environment.
Profile
- 10+ years of relevant experience in compliance, investigations or a closely related field (having a master degree in law is required, being admitted to the bar is a plus), good command of (at least) English
- the confidence and judgement to handle sensitive investigations, ethics concerns, privilege and confidentiality with authority and care
- a strong grasp of regulatory change, governance and risk-based prioritisation, combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions
- practical experience with GRC, case management systems, data/reporting tools and managing external experts with an eye for process improvement and scalability
- a discreet, analytical and collaborative leadership style, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and build trust across the organisation
