In this combined operational and strategic role, you drive development, implementation, and continuous improvement of frameworks for risk management, compliance assurance, internal control, and organizational resilience. You ensure strong alignment with local regulatory requirements and global group policies, while actively championing a culture of accountability, safety, and resilience across the Restaurant Support Centre and retail operations in the Netherlands and Germany. You play a key role in strengthening operational excellence.
Profile
- 6-10 years’ experience in risk & compliance, or internal audit, fluent in Dutch and English
- able to translate risk & compliance issues into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership, regulators as well as restaurant managers
- able to lead projects and collaborate cross-functionally at both operational and strategic levels, combining an innovative mindset with strong communication and influencing skills
