Onno Verkuyl

Onno Verkuyl is an experienced Consultant Executive Search at the labels of Governance People (legal, compliance, governance and tax) and a member of the board. Previously, Onno worked as a deputy judge at the Utrecht District Court and as head of legal affairs at APX Group (the Dutch-British electricity and gas exchange). Onno started his career in the legal profession. From November 2017 to November 2023, Onno was part of the selection committee of the Supreme Court of the Netherlands as an external member. Onno has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Wadden Association since 2019.

That is the key question I always ask in a meeting with candidates. Both in exploratory talks and in job-oriented interviews. When I have an answer to that, I can see whether I can make a match with an open position or with one of our clients more generally.
